You have to roll the window down and reach outside and use the exterior handle. On occasion the inside will work. Hard shifting RTV x1100c. Just got a RTV x1100c to replace a RTV 500 that was about a year old. My problem is that even though they are both hydrostatic, the 500 shifted great but the 1100 is a bear to shift.
